All payments are required in advance. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun.
We do not guarantee book sales, rankings, reviews, revenue, or approval on Amazon KDP or any third-party platform.
Client content remains the property of the client. Work created by KDP Kindle Publish remains our property until full payment is received, after which full usage rights are granted to the client.
We may assist with third-party platforms such as Amazon KDP but are not responsible for policy changes, rejections, or account issues caused by those platforms.
KDP Kindle Publish is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
